How long will it take to process my order?

Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-3 business days.  

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an Order Confirmation once you place your order containing your order tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website (this can sometimes take a day to be searchable in their system).

What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?

Due to high demand, Australia Post is experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. Express next day delivery cannot be guaranteed but is usually 1-3 days.  

What is the delivery timeframe for international shipping? 
Due to high demand and Covid 19, shipping companies are experiencing delays between 5-7 days for standard services. Currently we expect orders to arrive around 10+ Business days and your order will be tracked.

Do you deliver Internationally?

At this stage YES! To USA, Spain, New Zealand and South Africa, however we are only a small Gold Coast local Business but will look at expanding depending on our progress - stay tuned.

How can I return or exchange?

Our returns policy is 30 days from your purchase date - however we don't offer a refund for change of mind and the product must be in original unworn condition with tags attached'.  Please reach out to our customer service team at: contact@stormyandme.com for all return enquires.

If you need to receive your order quicker, express shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $13.00 for orders within Australia.  There is also an option for Gold Coast Pickup, please only choose this option if you are a GC local.

Australia Post Express Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.

​

Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered for Next Day Guarantee.
